heart2heart is an ongoing performance piece where I collect and share gestures that we use to connect with each other. I approach people and invite them to share how they connect, and in exchange I share the gestures the other people have shared with me. I invite the participant to pick a new gesture to experiment with. This work explores how we present our bodies to each other and navigate the space of our differences.
